The monitor data which issued by Beijing Commerce Committee yesterday demonstrated that in all the professions integrated in the monitor scope yesterday, the dining enterprise sales amount increasion range was the highest compared to the same period , which was 6.6 percent higher than the department store, and 3 percent higher than the supermarket industry condition.

During this holiday,the city consumers going out for dine increase, and the external tourists increase, in addition the “Beijing international good food magnificent ceremony activity” sponsored together by Beijing Commerce Committee and so on was carrying on fiery in the "5.1" period, more than 500 national top grade hotels and urban characteristic dining rooms promoted the biggest scale promotion over these years.

To the old dining enterprises ,the family banquets and the wedding banquets reservation were irritable. Hongbinlou said that the holiday wedding banquets “crushing into” the elegant rooms were especially more, reaching to more than 60%, which doubled than earlier, and at present they had received the wedding banquet orders more than 140 tables. In Tongheju,90% of the individual seats and the elegant rooms were reservated. In the old famous shop such as Kaorouwan, Shaguoju, Emei wineshop, Kaorouji, Quyuan restaurant, and Tongchunyuan, 70 to 80 percent of the "5.1" dining seats already was scheduled.

In all the professions integrated in the monitor scope , the dining enterprise sales amount increasion range was the highest compared to the same period , which was 6.6 percent higher than the department store, and 3 percent higher than the supermarket industry condition. As the two big chain dining enterprises, Donglaishun and Quanjude`s sales grew 49.1% and 37.5% separately on the same day .
Moreover,the main daily necessities`s prices were more or less steady compared with festival before,in the monitored 20 supermarkets and the 13 agricultural product wholesale markets, among all,grain, oil`s price slightly rised, meat, egg, vegetable`s price were basicly impartial with before.
