China's online payment market is dramatically growing. According to statistics of IResearch , last year the market capability was 274.3 billion yuan, an increase of 181%.comparing with last year . Non-governmental third-party payment card like Alipay, Caifutong and so on, have provided payment service between customers and sellers which enables customers using many kinds of bank cards to buy online and and they play a role of “online China unionpay”

Although China UnionsPay has exclusively operated the Interconnection among all bank cards service offline, however the online payment operation is silent for a long time .CHINAPAY was established in 2002 and has been low-key operated. The companies have admitted that in terms of market share of the current third-party payments business, "boss" is the payment of Alipay, the second one is Caifutong and the third is CHINAPAY. Facing the challenges from China unionpay, the third-party payment company said that previously  in order to breed the online consummation habits and and to open up the market, many private companies have paid a great deal of efforts and investment. Payment Services Department Manager of CHINAPAY , Lu tiehua firmly told that China UnionPay never start a war of price, will not compete with other rivals on prices.
