According to the Renewable Energy Source Development Center of China Development and Deforment Committee, Energy Research Institute,it is disclosed that at present the China Country Energy Bureau is working out the plan on the related new energy industry promotion,mainly on speeding up advancing the development of the new energy industry. In each of the new energy industry's sub-professions, the wind electricity will be the future development priority.Having been taken in this new energy promotion plan, the nuclear power development and exploitation, will be accelerated hopefully.

Even the current Chinese energy and electric power industry development exceeds the plan goal far away, having made the joyful and inspiring progress,but that, the resources and the environment challenges as well as the ecology quiet deterioration are actually getting more and more serious. Under the analysis and research on the required energy and electric power' market under the economic society condition, this plan has carried on the master plan on the funding investment and the the financing cost which are needed to the influencement and the development of the resources market and the environment ecology.

It is reported that from 2009, China will build many more wind electricity bases at the ten million kilowatt levels vigorously in 10 more years in places such as Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Hebei and Jiangsu.

At present, the water and the wind electricity all relies on the natural resource, so that the later development cost will be getting higher and higher.But But lear power development is opposite, along with technology unceasingly mature, the nuclear power construction cost will be getting more and more low. This year our country operation construction nuclear power stations and so on Zhejiang three, Shandong Haiyang and Guangdong Taishan, will approve the operation scale 8,400,000 kilowatts newly. What new energy promotion plan most core is must seize the technical commanding point. Is different in the energy conservation technology, at present in the new energy aspect, the global major country has not pulled open the disparity, our country should the seize opportunity by the forelock speed up the development, if will fall behind again in this aspect technology will be very also passive.
